Alice Dunn Smith, with Birchtree Knits is warm, funny, and generous with her expertise, always eager to share her skills. I’m drawn to her designs because they are both modern and approachable, showcasing her love for rich textures but also a joy to knit. Alice’s dedication to teaching the art of knitting, garment construction, and yarn selection—while sharing the “why” behind her designs—makes her a true inspiration.
